Comes in a gatefold mini LP replica sleeve with obi. Includes a four page insert with new liner notes in Japanese, and a single sheet promotion offer for a mail-order 7" vinyl single by Miho Kei & Jazz Eleven (三保敬とジャズ・イレブン).

On the obi, disc face and insert, this album is credited to Masabumi Kikuchi Sextet (菊地雅章セクステット), not Victor Modern Jazz Sextet. The original 1969 Japanese LP release was credited to Masabumi Kikuchi Sextet on the labels, but not the sleeve. The 1977 US edition too was credited to Masabumi Kikuchi Sextet.
